At Sector 9, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all skateboards, wheels, and apparel remain in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your gear.

• 3.
  Ship the Gear

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the tracking number is recorded for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
